Evil Betty Boop flash design will be palm sized or smaller and must be placed on either the arm or leg. Pricing for this tattoo is set at $250 flat. ($50 for the deposit. Must be paid to book the appointment. Remainder will be paid after tattoo is done.) NOTE: This design is repeatable.
